Cheesy stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

The tastiest stuffed portobello mushrooms, super easy too! A perfect appetizer or addition to your main spread.




  • Clean your mushrooms (don’t wash them, they’ll get soggy and won’t bake well)
  • Take the gills out from the underside of the mushrooms
  • Stuff them with the grated cheese
  • Sprinkle salt & pepper over the stuffed mushrooms
  • Drizzle garlic or olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms
  • Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until brown
  • Garnish with any fresh herbs like parsley or thyme
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
