The tastiest stuffed portobello mushrooms, super easy too! A perfect appetizer or addition to your main spread.
Ingredients:
- Portobello Mushrooms
- Käse Sandwich Mix Cheese, grated
Method:
- Clean your mushrooms (don’t wash them, they’ll get soggy and won’t bake well)
- Take the gills out from the underside of the mushrooms
- Stuff them with the grated cheese
- Sprinkle salt & pepper over the stuffed mushrooms
- Drizzle garlic or olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms
- Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until brown
- Garnish with any fresh herbs like parsley or thyme
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
