A cheese box subscription? Why not! We like to sort out your cheese requirements for the month and also ensure that you don't miss out from our wide range. 

Cheese matures at its own pace and not all of them are ready at the same time. With a subscription you ensure that you get a wedge when we cut into that perfect block.

The subscription plans are valid for 3 months. 

Choose from the following options:
1. Regular - Cheese box of 3 cheeses of 150 gms delivered once a month
2. Weekend Party Platter - Cheese box of 4 cheeses of 150 gms, and 2 condiments (example: Marinated Olives & Chilli jam) delivered once a month on a Friday

How it works:

When you order a subscription, we will call you to understand your preferences, based on which we schedule monthly dispatch. You also get sampler packs of seasonal cheeses as part of your subscription!

In addition you can expect special offers on our workshops, wine & cheese pairing events, pairing suggestions, recipe cards. All that we would like to say is subscription boxes are sure to delight!

We encourage you to pick a certain date or week of the month but you can also reschedule if needed.


How can I track delivery of my order?
We will email you the tracking reference number and the name of our shipping partner used for your shipment. You can visit our shipping partner website and track your shipment through the tracking number.

What locations do you deliver to?

  • We ship within India only and use reputable courier companies. 
    Pin codes under our coverage areas are limited to the areas covered by our channel partner. 
  • In case your delivery address is not covered by our delivery partner, on request, we will attempt to ship through alternate channel partners for an additional charge.

How do you ensure cheese stays fresh while delivering across India?

We pack the cheese in thermocol boxes with frozen gel packs. This helps the cheese travel for over 72 hours. Also, these are shipped through Blue Dart airway where deliveries happen well within 24-72 hours.


Do you charge additional shipping charges?
Yes, we charge an additional shipping charge. The shipping charge can change at any time in the future as it is dependent on the delivery partner.

Charges range from INR 250 - INR 500 depending on the Pincode.


  • What is the standard delivery time?
    Please allow 2-3 days for your order to reach you. Delivery times will depend on the terms & conditions of our delivery partners and will vary based on the destination of the shipment. 
  • While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Käse cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.


Do you accept Returns or give Refunds?

Please review our Refund Policy posted on the site prior to making any purchases.

Cheese is a highly perishable food product and is temperature sensitive. Any product being sent outside of Chennai is packed into a thermocol box with a frozen gel pack to ensure that the product remains in a ambient temperature and good for 48 hours, the maximum duration of time within which the the product is delivered to the customer.

Due to the perishable nature of the products, all sales are final and no refund or exchange will be issued.

What about Refunds on Subscriptions?

Once a subscription package is purchased, it cannot be refunded. In case purchased in error, please write to us within 24 hours of purchase and we will apply the credit towards future purchases on our site.


In case where there is a mismatch of products or spoilage we will provide the customer with a replacement or credit note that can be used for future purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 2 hours) if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
