Introducing a range of unique Terroir driven Artisan cheeses where the flavour of the cheese is impacted by the livestock (Goat, Sheep and Camel) and location (rural Gujarat and Rajasthan) from where the milk is procured.

Since January 2022, Käse has joined forces with the Centre for Pastoralism, India to produce gourmet Pastoral Cheese from ethically sourced indigenous milk procured directly from the traditional shepherds (Pastoralists) in Kutch & Saurashtra regions. The cheeses are made at the local production facility at Sayla, Gujarat in collaboration with Panchal Dairy Private Limited.
