Each month, you’ll receive a curated selection of 3 artisan cheeses, including our limited-edition Season’s Specials, paired perfectly with crackers, olives, and a relish — everything you need to create the perfect cheese board, straight to your door.

How It Works:
Once you subscribe, our team will connect with you to understand your preferences and delivery schedule. You can choose a fixed date each month or reschedule when needed — we’ll make sure your cheese arrives just when you want it.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We don't ship outside of Chennai on weekends and public holidays. For example: If you place your order online on Friday evening, the earliest the order will be dispatched is Monday morning.
Chennai Pick up Timings: Monday to Saturday between 11 am - 6.30 pm.
How can I track delivery of my order?
We will email you the tracking reference number and the name of our shipping partner used for your shipment. You can visit our shipping partner website and track your shipment through the tracking number.
What locations do you deliver to?
- We ship within India only and use reputable courier companies.
Pin codes under our coverage areas are limited to the areas covered by our channel partner. - In case your delivery address is not covered by our delivery partner, on request, we will attempt to ship through alternate channel partners for an additional charge.
How do you ensure cheese stays fresh while delivering across India?
We pack the cheese in thermocol boxes with frozen gel packs. This helps the cheese travel for over 72 hours. Also, these are shipped through Blue Dart airway where deliveries happen well within 24-72 hours.

Do you charge additional shipping charges?
Yes, we charge an additional shipping charge. The shipping charge can change at any time in the future as it is dependent on the delivery partner.

SHIPPING DURATION
- What is the standard delivery time?
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to reach you. Delivery times will depend on the terms & conditions of our delivery partners and will vary based on the destination of the shipment. - While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Käse cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept Returns or give Refunds?
Please review our Refund Policy posted on the site prior to making any purchases.
Cheese is a highly perishable food product and is temperature sensitive. Any product being sent outside of Chennai is packed into a thermocol box with a frozen gel pack to ensure that the product remains in a ambient temperature and good for 48 hours, the maximum duration of time within which the the product is delivered to the customer.
Due to the perishable nature of the products, all sales are final and no refund or exchange will be issued.
What about Refunds on Subscriptions?
Once a subscription package is purchased, it cannot be refunded. In case purchased in error, please write to us within 24 hours of purchase and we will apply the credit towards future purchases on our site.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
In case where there is a mismatch of products or spoilage we will provide the customer with a replacement or credit note that can be used for future purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 2 hours) if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
