About the event

May has been a remarkable month for us at Käse.

While one of our founders travelled across the UK, conducting what was possibly the first-ever masterclass dedicated to Indian artisanal cheese, the other was travelling to Japan. Continuing  a tradition we have followed for the past eight years — returning with cheeses that tell the story of a place, its people, and its terroir.

Every journey inspires us. Every cheese carries a memory of landscapes, techniques, cultures, and conversations. And through these tastings, we hope to share those stories with you.

What to Expect?

• A guided tasting of 12 cheeses selected handpicked from Japan and the UK
• Special Käse cheeses and experimental batches
• Stories behind the cheeses, regions, makers, and styles
• Thoughtful accompaniments including breads, crackers, and condiments
